Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the quality assurance and quality control functions across all production lines.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) and oversee internal and external audits.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Control Plans for various processes to maintain product consistency and reliability.

• Utilize and promote the use of Quality Tools such as FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, Pareto Analysis, and SPC.

• Analyze quality data using MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, dashboards) to track KPIs, defect trends, and customer complaints.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through CAPA, lean initiatives, and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Lead, coach, and develop the quality team to enhance their technical capabilities and performance.

• Liaise with production, engineering, and customer service departments to resolve quality-related issues effectively and timely.

• Develop and maintain documentation and reports as per regulatory and organizational standards.

• Conduct regular reviews of supplier quality performance and implement corrective actions when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing or OEM environments.

• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

• Proficiency in using Quality Tools and methods such as FMEA, RCA, 8D, Control Charts, etc.

• Demonstrated experience in preparing and executing Control Plans.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel – advanced formulas, pivot tables, and dashboard creation.

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Certification in Six Sigma, Lead Auditor (ISO 9001), or similar is a plus.
